Authenticity and Branded Products
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all branded products listed on 5KORB are authentic and legally sold. Counterfeit, fake, replica, unauthorized, or misleading products are strictly prohibited. 5KORB reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.
Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, including accuracy, legality, condition, and fulfillment.
- Intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights must be respected at all times.
- 5KORB may remove listings that receive valid complaints from brand owners or rights holders.
- Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
