5KORB is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. All transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. 5KORB is not responsible for payments, delivery, or product quality.

Authenticity and Branded Products

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all branded products listed on 5KORB are authentic and legally sold. Counterfeit, fake, replica, unauthorized, or misleading products are strictly prohibited. 5KORB reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

Seller Responsibility & Intellectual Property

• Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, including their description, accuracy, legality, and condition.
• Intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights must be respected at all times. Listings that infringe on third-party rights are prohibited.
• 5KORB may remove listings that receive valid complaints from brand owners or rights holders, and may take further action against repeat offenders.
